The principal part of this service involves fault diagnosis. Computer's are complex things! These days many problems we see are due to viruses or because your Windows operating system is out of date. People also have problems when they have just changed to a new Broadband service. Most problems can be solved without having to replace any parts.
If a component failure is diagnosed, our engineer will be able to provide a quote for the necessary part. If you are happy to proceed we will either install the new part, as we carry some common parts with us, or make arrangements with you to return and complete the repair. All components are supplied new and are covered by a full twelve months warranty.
Alternatively you may just wish to upgrade what you already have, for example to increase the speed of your computer, or perhaps you need a larger storage capacity.
